Hindi po ba kayo legally separated? Kung hindi ang presumption ng batas anak mo yong dalawang anak niya at kailangan mo iyong supportahan. Kaya lang if kahit na hindi kayo legally separated at you can establish the physical impossibility na magiging anak mo yong dalawa niyang anak dahil matagal na kayong hiwalay then hindi mo kailangang supportahan ang bata. About naman sa iyong asawa kung siya mismo ang nag iwan siya at ayaw na niyang bumalik sa inyong tahanan hindi mo siya kailangan supportahan. Kaya sa mga property ninyo maaring conjugal or absolute community pa rin ang mag appy. So, if kasuhan ka niya at you can prove na hindi mo naman mga anak yon lalo na hindi mo recognized you will not be required to give support but kung anak mo yon may pananagutan ka talaga.
