Ikinasal po kami noong October 10, 2010 pero ang nakalagay po sa marriage contract namin ay July 7,2011. Pwede po bang mavoid ang kasal namin?Gusto ko din po malaman kasi gusto ko po magpaannull sa asawwa ko.Pinilit lang po kasi ako ng mga magulang ko at ng mga tiyahin ko na magpakasal 18 yrs. old po edad ko noon. Sa edad ko pong iyon ay wala pa sa isip ko na magpakasal kadagdagan po roon ay hindi po ko buntis. Paano po yun atty. 7 yrs. na po kmi hiwalay at wala na po kmi communication, pwede po bang mavoid kasal namin hinggil sa ikinuwento ko po.. Please help po.. Really need some advice atty.

Ang anumang discrepancy sa date ng inyong marriage contract ay hindi kasali sa mga grounds for annulment unless magpapatunay lang na ikaw ay ikinasal before you reach 18 years old. Sinabi mong ikaw ay 18 years old ng ikinasal you are of legal age na. Kung gusto mong mag pa annul kailangan mo ng isang lawyer na tutulong sa iyo para sa pagpafile ng petition mo.
