Ano ang proseso ng pagpapasukat ng lupa at paglipat ng parte ng lupa sa aking pangalan?

Ano po kaya ang aking gagawin? may binebenta po na lupa yung kamaganak ko po. yung lupa pong yung nkahati hati sa magkakapatid. at yung isa pong anak nung may kaparte ay binebenta po po yung parte ng kanyang ama. Ang sabi niya po ipasukat ko yung parte ng sa tatay niya at pwede ko ng ilipat sa pangalan ko? pero ang bayaran po sana namin ay installment. Paano po ba ang proseso sa ganito at magkano po ang gagastusin sa pagpapasukat at paglipat ng pangalan?

Sinabi po ninyo na ibebenta po ng isang anak ang share ng tatay niya. Buhay pa po ba ang tatay niya kasi kung buhay siya lang ang may karapatan na magbenta sa share niya unless ang share niya ay binenta narin niya sa nasabing anak or kaya naidonate na niya ito. Kung patay naman po ang tata kailangan pa po ng extrajudicial settlement of estate kung saan lahat ng anak ay pipirma sa nasabing dokumento para sa share ng tatay na ibebenta dahil lahat sila ay mga heirs na sa nasabing lupa. Depende na sa surveryor kung magkano hihingin niya may iba 8k to 10k per person/per lot. Ang gastusin ay depende na po yan sa value ang property na ibebenta. May babayarn pa po kayong mga taxes sa BIR at sa LGU for transfer fee and Tax Declaration mas mabuting personal na ipaasses po ito sa kanila.
