May umutang sakin ng almost 200,000, malaki ang tiwala kaya nabigyan ng ganong kalaki kasi pinsan naman namin yung umutang. kaso nung sinisingil na namin ang daming dahil tapos hindi na nakikipag usap sa amin. laging yung anak ang nasagot at sinasabi na wala doon ang kanyang ina. ano po kayang magandang gawin doon sa umutang?

Mas mabuting magpadala muna ng Demand Letter magpagawa po kayo sa isang lawyer. Kailangan na personally recieve po ito sa taong nagkautang or kaya kasamahan po niya sa bahay. Kailangan na may receiving copy po kayo sa pinadala po ninyo. Kung ayaw pa rin na magbayad maaring magpatawag nalang sa Barangay para sa nasabing reklamo. Kung hindi pa rin magkaaayos bibigyan po kayo ng certification to file action ng Barangay at gagamitin po ninyo ito sa pagpafile na collection of sum of money sa korte. Maari po ninyong ifile ito sa mga small claims courts sa Municipal Trial Courts sa inyong lugar or sa lugar ng taong may utang po. No need of a lawyer po in small claims court kayo lang ang magpafile at kayo po ay mag uusap doon kasama ng taong nagkautang sa inyo.
