Ano po ang dapat naming gawin? May karapatan po ba kami sa lote?

Sa survey noong 1985 para sa subdivision plan, ang lote po ay isang creek pero may tao pong nakapangalan dito. Sa survey po na yon, katapat po ng creek ang lote ng lolo ko. Ang nakapangalan sa lote ng creek ay matagal na pong patay. Wala po itong titulo ang lote at wala din pong tax na binabayaran dahil ito nga ay creek. Matagal na din pong patay ang lolo ko. Sa tagal na din po ng panahon ang lumipas, ang parte ng creek na tapat ng lote ng lolo ko ay natayuan na po ng bahay ng mga anak niya. Matagal na po kaming naninirahan sa loteng part po ng creek. Hinahabol po ngayon ng  anak ng nakapangalan sa lote ang lote ng  creek. Ano po ba ang dapat naming gawin?

If sa sinabi po ninyo wala pong titulo at tax December ang nasabing lupain paano maangkin ng mga kamag anak yan. If that is the situation in that place mas priority in right po ang mga taong nakapossession diyan at kailangan i check po ninyo ito sa municipyo if pwede po itong maaplayan ng title ang lupang kinatatayuan ng bahay po ninyo para naman maiaward po ito sa inyo. Ang masasabi ko lang po if nandiyan na po ang bahay ninyo huwag nalang po kayong umalis let them prove their ownership at aalis lang kayo if may court order na po.

Maraming salamat po. Ilang linggo na po kaming nababagabag dahil po sa problema sa lupa. Wala po kasi talaga kaming alam pagdating sa ganyang usapin. Maraming salamat po ulit.
