6months palang po yung baby hiwalay na kami nang mama nang anak ko untill now , 7 years old na po anak ko ngayon, sa 7 years na yon, ni anino di na nagparamdam mama nang anak ko. Ano po ba gawin ko para sa akin malagay apilyido nang bata , sa birth cert. Kasi nang bata di na recognize ang name at apilyido ko , ano po ba dapat gawin . salamat po sa tulong .

Mabuti sana kung kasal kayo ng mother ng bata dahil madali lang ang pagpapachange ng surname dahil sa legitimation process kailangan lang na iattach yong marriage certificate. Ngayon kung hindi kayo kasal at hindi karin nakapirma sa birth certificate ng bata medyo mahirap yan unless makikita po ninyo ang ina at makapag execute siya ng affidavit allowing you to use your surname sa civil registrar lang ito ipaprocess. In your case kung hindi talaga ninyo mahanap ang ina at gusto po talaga ninyong ichange ang surname ng bata sa korte na po kayo magpetition nito. Kailangan na ninyo ng isang lawyer at kailangan din ang mga evidence to prove na kayo talaga ang ama ng bata like DNA, mga witnesses at iba pa.
