Mga kagalang galang po na mga Attorney. Ako po ay hihingi ng payo hinggil po sa aming tindahan.

una po 13k monthly po ang rent then 1 month adv. and 1 month deposit. Nagpabayad din po ng 14k para sa permit.. bale 40k po ang binayad ng mama ko upon signing ng kontrata. hindi po siya aware sa kontrata hindi din po pinaliwanag. Ngunit ang mama ko po ang nakapirma ng hindi labag sa loob niya sa kagustuhan po niyang magstart ng business. March 6 2021 po ito nangyari at may 1 yr contract po ito. naging matuma po ang pwesto gusto man ni mama ivacate na lang po pero snbihan po siya na iddemanda po siya dahil po nakakontrata po ito. so pagdating po  ng April 6 nagbayad na po si mama ng monthly rental na 13k. then up to June 1st week po nabalitaan namin sa may ari na may uupa na daw pong iba. So sa amin naman po ok na man po yun para makapahinga na po sa pagod si mama. kaso lang po gusto ko pong malaman kung mahahabol pa po ba namin ang binayad sa permit kasi po ilang months lang po nagamit yung pwesto at hindi permit ni mama ang pinabayaran kundi permit po ng may ari ng pwesto kasi yun po ang terms niya. Then bigla nalang pong magpapaupa siya ng iba pero noon po ay binantaan niya si mama ng demanda nung nagsabi pong aalis na po si mama sa pwesto dahil po lulubog kami sa utang dahil wala nga pong benta.
