Dagdag ko lang po, sa amin din po nakapangalan ang ilaw at tubig at may hawak din po kami ng “affidavit of undertaking” na ayun sa pinirmahan namin gobyerno lang ang may karapatan na kumuha sa lupa na tinitirikan ng aming bahay kung sakaling kailangan na ito ng gobyerno.
Ano po ang karapatan ko dahil pinapaalis po ako ng indibiwal na nag sasabing may ari ng lupa na kinatitirikan ng bahay namin?

May hawak po ba siyang ebidensya na siya po ang may ari? If mayroon let her file a case bago kayo mapaalis diyan. Wait nalang po sa court but if wala naman siyang evidence of ownership then you can stay as long as hindi pa po kayo pinapaalis ng gobyerno po.
