Pero noong November at December nakapagpartial payment na po ako: 1)500.00 - November. 26, 2018; 2)1000.00 - November. 29, 2018; 3)2000 - December. 10, 2018 sa kabuuong 3,500.00.
Kagabi po January 18, 2019 , may tumawag sa number ng hipag ko at sinasabi na ipapapulis daw po ako. so tinext ko po yung tumawag ang sabi ko bakit siya nagdidisclose ng sensitive information sa ibang tao ang sabi ko di ba po nasa DATA PRIVACY ACT po yun. para pong napikon yung agent na nakausap ko pinupwersa niya ako magbayad ng kahit partial ngaung araw jan. 19, 2019. sabi ko wala pa ako pambayad kasi naka maternity leave ako pero sabi ng agent wala daw siya magagawa kundi iendorse nalang niya sa Legal team tapos ilang minuto lang may tumawag sakin na PARALEGAL daw siya ng isang law office pinapabayaran niya ako ngayon ng partial para daw po hindi nila mapadala yung demand letter na mag cacause sakin ng kahihiyan. Ano po ba angdapat kong gawin? Idadan po ba talga yun sa korte sa ganung halaga ng pagkakautang? Nais ko sana kapag nagkapera ako bayaran ko lang yung pinaka loan ko. Hahabulin pa ba nila ako kapag yun lang binayaran ko?
