At totoo po ba na lahat daw ng agency hindi nag iisue ng resibo o record ng nagastos nila sa applikante? Totoo rin po ba na ang poea na ang hahawak ng mga na process ko at hindi na ang agency. Ano po ba ang dapat kung gawin?
