Gusto ko sana ipaputol iyon para mapatayo ang bahay ko kaso sinisingil niya ako ng additional bayad sa Puno ng Niyog dahil hindi daw ito kasama sa Agreement namin noon. Ano po ang dapat kong gawin ? dapat ba ako mgbayad sa bawat piraso ng Puno ng Niyog dahil sabi niya sa akin sa Agreement ay hindi kasali ang mga puno.Or meron ba ako karapatan ipaputol ang mga puno doon dahil nasa lupa ko naman ito
Ano po ba ang dapat kung gawin sa situation na ito? Sinisingil ako ng additional bayad ng Land owner?
May deed of sale po ba kayo na hawak na at ito po bang sinasabing property ay nailipat na sa titulo ninyo?Kung nailipat na po sa pangalan ninyo sa inyo na po lahat ng mga puno na yan dahil part na po yan sa pagbili. Ngayon kung hindi pa at deed of sale kailangan po ninyong balikan kung ano po ang napagkasunduan ninyo. Sa inyo na po yan if kung maaring bayaran nalang para wala ng gulo lahat naman po ay maaring maidaan sa usapan.
