Hindi sapat na ebidensya ang sabi2x lang na nalaman mo galing sa iyong kaibigan. Kahit na nakita mo ang mga resibo at anu pa dahil hindi naman ikaw ang aggrieved party dito o hindi ka naman kasali hindi kana sana nagpost ng comment. Warning talaga sa lahat to na hindi dapat gamitin ang social media para ilabas ang galit ninyo sa ibang tao dahil you are at risk sa mga sinasabi mo mataas ang penalty na ngayon for online libel. Maaring depensa mo nalang na you are doing it good faith at walang intensyon na manira ng reputation ng iba but still napakahina nito. You may as well delete your comment right away bago pa makapagfile sila ng kaso at gamitin itong ebidensya.

Kung patagalin mo pa at wala kang ginawa para burahin ito ay the more na malaki ang damage na magdudulot sa reputasyon ng isang tao. It only implies na intensyon mo talagang gawin ito. So for safety purposes mas mabuting you delete it otherwise it will be used as evidence against you.
