May umutang po kasi sa amin na kasamahan sa trabaho ng kaibigan ko, bali yung kaibigan ko po ang naging middle man, may ipapadala po kaming Personal Loan Agreement kung saan nakasaad lahat ng condition sa pagpapautang..Ginawa po nitong kaibigan ko dinadaya niya yung pirma ng katrabaho niya hindi na po nakakarating sa kanila yung Loan Agreement tapos dinodoble pa po niya yung halaga ng hinihiram for exampla 10K lang po ang hinihiram ng kasamahan niya gagawin naman po niya 20K din sa amin po maglalabas kami ng 20K then sa contract 20K din po tapos dadayain po niya ngayon yung pirma ng katrabaho niya.Ano po kayang pwedeng maging action or kasong pwedeng isampa sa kanya..Salamat po..

So ibig mong sabihin 10k lang ang perang matatanggap ng kaibigan mo ngunit sa contract na falsified ng kaibigan mo ito ay 20k? Kung ganito maaring makasuhan ang kaibigan mo ng estafa or falsification of private commercial document. The victim should report this in the police with all the evidence mayroon kayo together with all witness para sa pagpafile ng kasong kriminal sa Prosecutor'sa office.
opo bnbgay ko po 20K then yung nasa contract 20k but yung usapan ng kaibigan ko at nung kawork niya 10k lang tapos hindi alam nung umutang na may contract kasi dinaya lang yung pirma nila..

Dapat mong ipag alam sa victim ang ganitong situation or pakiusuapan mo ang iyong kaibigan na icorrect niya sa tama ang contract dahil baka darating ang panahon pati ikaw madadawit either as accomplice or accessory dahil alam mo ang tunay na nangyari pero tinulungan mo ang kaibigan mo na itago ang lahat.
