Ang magulang ko po ay isang tenant for more than 50 years na po sa isang palayan... at ayon po sa record ng DAR ay awarded na sa magulang ko ngunit wala pa po kaming pinaghahawakan na anumang papel dahil nasa proseso pa daw po.. nagpunta uli po kami sa DAR ang sabi hintayin muna daw po yung sasabihn ni presidente kung ano po yung bagong resolution po tungkol sa mga lupa.. ang kaso po hindi po kami tinitigilan ng mga pamangkin ng dating may ari ng lupa..pinagbabawalan n po kami na magsaka...kahit nga po nkailang kaso na po sila..dati po ikinaso n kami ng kapatid ngayon naman po yung pamangkin dahil yung may ari ay patay na.wala naman pong mga anak at asawa. pinagsasabihn kami n ivoluntary surrender daw po naman. masyado n po kami nagagastusan.ano po kaya ang dapat namin gawin.?

Kung duly registered ang mga magulang ninyo na tenant sa nasabing lupain then humingi kayo ng certification from DAR para ipakita ninyo sa kanila na may karapatan kayo bilang heirs at you have committed na i cultivate naman ang nasabing lupain. Maaring magreport kayo sa Municipal Agrarian Reform office para magfile ng complaint sa mga nanggigipit sa inyo. Hindi mo sinabi ang mga desisyon ng mga kasong napagdaan or nakabinbin tungkol dito malalaman kasi kung anong dapat gawin tungkol diyan. Im sure may lawyer naman na naghahandle sa inyo tungkol dito so mas nirerespeto ko ang possible remedy na gagawin niya dahil siya ang nakakaalam tungkol sa facts of the case.
