Yes, your reason for resigning is valid naman so I think you have to talk to the HR and write a resignation letter as well para may evidence ka sa pagtender mo ng resignation. However, each company may mga rules and regulation na dapat pinaalam sa iyo bago ka magresign. Usually, 30 days before dapat ipaalam muna para makahanap naman sila ng replacement sa iyo. So you need to observe that, if possible mag ask ka rin na kung maari ba na mashortened ang effectivity of your resignation dahil pasukan na. So dapat mong gawin is ipaalam ito sa HR po immediately.
