Nag-resign po ako sa work noong January 2017 at nakapasok din ng ibang work on January 2017 din po. Ngayon po ask ko lang, dapat po ba ay may makuha akong back pay sa dati kong work? Ive been there for 2 years. Ang sahod ko pa nun is 9,820 monthly.
1. Entitled po ba ako da back pay since resigned po ako?
2. May chance pa po bang makuha ko ang back pay kasi hindi ko siya nakuha nung time na nag-resigna ako.
3. Bumalik ako dito sa work na inalisan ko, paano ko po ba sila i-approach if ever entitled ako sa back pay and kukunin ko po siya?

Yes, if hindi mo nakuha usually backpay refers to your last na salary mo, including 13 month pay for that year, allowances etc. depende yan kung ano pang mga allowance na binibigay from you company. Dapat mong kausapin ang HR ng dati mong company.
