Benepisyo ng Kabute: Epekto ng Masustansyang Pampapak o Pulutan

Matindi pala ang kabute,  dahil madami ang hindi nakakaalam, na marami palang benepisyo ito sa kalusugan. Pwera dyan, masarap din ang mushrooms dahil malasa at malambot.
 
Mababa sa calories ang mushrooms, at puno ng bitamina at minerals, tulad ng Vitamin D at Zinc
At base sa mga eksperto,  may mga benepisyo ang kabute sa kalusugan
 
Halimbawa:
1.     Nakaka-baba ng blood pressure - Mayaman ito sa potassium, na nakakababa ng sodium sa katawan. At nakakabawas ng tensyon sa daluyan ng dugo. Kaya’t nakakatulong ito sa pagbaba ng blood pressure
2.     Pampalakas ng resistensiya – dahil may anti-inflammatory effects ang kabute na nakakabuti ng ating immune system.
3.     Pampabawas ng timbang – Base sa mga pagaaral, nakakatulong ang kabute na mabawasan kolesterol sa katawan at taba sa tiyan, at nakakabusog din ito.
 
Maaaring ilaga  ang kabute, o ilagay sa dahon ng saging tapos isabay sa luto ng sinaing bigas. Maaari ring iprito ito sa butter o mantika na may kasamang pampalasa tulad ng sibuyas at bawang, at gawin itong pamulutan o pampapak.
 
Maaaring iprito ang kabute ng medium heat sa may butter ng mga 5 minutos, o hanggang maging brown ang kulay.  Halu-haluin ito ng madalas hanggang maging kulay brown ang mga gilid. Kahit bawang, asin at paminta lang ihalo, masarap na ang lasa. Pero kung may budget, maaari ring wisikan ng kaunting thyme.
Madalas may mga uhong na tumutubo lang sa mga bakuran o sa mga punso sa probinsiya, kaya’t halos libre lang ito. Marami rin klaseng nabibili sa mga palengke at supermarket. Pag bubunutin sa mga lupa, mag-ingat lamang na alam mo ang klase ng kabute na kinukuha, dahil may iilang klase na may lason.
