This is about my son's birth certificate. Iyong father po kasi is working abroad. Kaaalis lng nung August 2017. He wanted na apelido niya ang gagamitin. He already sent an affidavit of using surname na may tatak na galing ng embassy sa riyadh and an authorization letter. Ano na po ang susunod na steps? Sa hospital na pinaganak ko po kasi sa manila is asking for 15k to process the birth certifacate and wala po kami ganung kalaking pera kaya nga sa public hospital ako nanganak. Thank you for the the responses in advance.
