May proof po ba na kayo talaga ang tenant sa mahabang panahon? Are you registered tenant po sa DAR mas mabuti kasing nakaregister kayo para atleast protected kayo sa inyong rights po. If you have been there for a long time mas mabuting huwag muna kayong aalis until may court order na po na magpapaalis na sa inyo.
