Dati po ako public school teacher, nag reloan ako isang bangko nung 2015 salary deduction po(automatic n kaltas s sahod) at may kailangan din bayaran ng 1year insurance kapag mag loan, 2016 on and off n ang pagpasok ko dahil naoospital ako, may isa din po ako salary loan pero di ko matandaan kung bgo ako ma awol, yung bangko n pinag reloan ko nagbgay ng demand letter s dati ko tinitirhan n kamag anak, and then may nagpapareceive p ng letter pero di na tinanggap kasi sinabing matagal n hindi ako nakatira doon ginawa daw po ng lalaking 2× naghatid ng sulat ay kinunan ng picture bahay ng kamag anak ko pati po kalye, tanong ko lang po pwede b nila ako kasuhan ng criminal case o estafa sa salary loan ko dahil awol ako s serbisyo? sana po mabigyan nyo ako ng advice, wala po ako pambayad dahil wala ako work, nakikitira lang po ako salamat

Maari kasing gamitin ang pag awol po ninyo as fraudulent act para takasan ang utang po ninyo. Do you have the copy of the loan contract po ba? If you have maari kasing nakasaad na ang insurance ang magbabayad po sa utang ninyo provided valid ang pagkatanggal or pagtigil ng trabaho mo na hindi mo naman sinasadya. In your case do you have evidence of your illness like mga medical records, check up or resita, laboratory to prove na nagkasakit ka at hindi na fit sa work. Kailangan mo ang mga klasing evidence na to prove na hindi po ninyo intensyon ang takbuhan ang utang ngunit may valid reason po kayo. Kaya lang dahil awol po kayo magagamit pa rin nila iyon bilang grounds to file estafa. Mas mabuting gather all evidence nalang po na nagkasakit kayo para if ever may kasong ipafile sa inyo magiging defense po ninyo ang mga ito. Mas mabuting maghanap ng work para makaipon din pambayad sa utang kung sakaling sisingilin talaga.
