Hello guys good day. Please help thank you!

Translation: I have an existing business, but I lack funds to supply all the orders of my clients. I have a lot of ideas how to make this business profitable. Should I look for venture capital/angel investor? If so, how do we determine deal structure? For example, if the investor provides 200 thousand pesos, how much percentage should I offer him/her? 70-30? (30 percent to the investor) Would that be a good deal for me? Or would it be better if I borrow money from the bank?

Hi Sherwin,

Kaya pag isipan mong mabuti :-)

Hi Sherwin,

I think regardless kahit magkaano pa ang kitain ng initial investment ng partner mo, you have to stick with the deal (kung mag kaano man ang napagkasunduan nyong sharing).
