Pwede po ba ako makasohan sa NBI. Kasi po last 2015 nangutang po ako ng pabango sa mga naglalako sa halagang 250 lang naman po at may resibo po yun nakapag down po ako ng 50 so 200 nalang utang ko hindi ko pa nabayaran yun. Panay text sakin nung time na due date na ako. Kaso wala po ako pang bayad. Biglang nag text sakin yung inutangan ko na ipa block daw po ako sa POLICE at sa NBI ipapakita daw po nila yung yung resibo pwede po ba yun. Makakaroon po ba ng kaso pagka ganun.kaya po natatakot ako kumuha ng POLICE CLEARANCE at NBI CLEARANCE baka po kasi may kaso ako at hulihin po agad ako..Ano po ba dapat kung gawin? Salamat po sa makakapagpayo skn.

Don't panic magkakarecord ka lang sa Police or sa NBI if may nagpapafile ng kaso laban sa iyo. If only 200 pesos lang hindi ka ba pwedeng makahiram or makabayad that small amount. Napakaimpraktical naman kung sa ganitong halaga aabot pa sa korte at gagastos pa siya ng hihigit pa sa sisingilin niya sa iyo. Kung sakaling maghit ka sa NBI you will be scheduled for interview so malalaman mo rin kung may pending case ka ba.
