Ang problema ko po ay ganito. Umutang po ang sa lending agency ng 40k before ako nagtrabaho abroad na bayaran ko yung utang nayan ng 90% sa makalipas lang ng 6 months. Yung 10% na natira hangang ngayon magpa 5 years. Hindi ko nabayaran kasi sa mahabang storya sa pag tratrabaho abroad. Yung tanong ko grabe ang interest sa utang naging 64,000+ na. Ano po ba dapat kung gawin? Sobra na po laki

Well, try to read the contract of loan between the lending company. You will see the interest imposed there at dahil nakapirma ka doon you are bound by it. Kung tama ang computation try to negotiate na kung maari i waive or reduce the interest nalang since hindi muna kayang bayaran baka maawa pa sila. Hindi pwede hayaan mo lang or kaya magtatago ka sa kanila dahil mas lalong hindi na sila maawa sa iyo. Incase, hindi sila papayag at magpapafile talaga sila ng collection suit in court harapin mo ang ask the court to reduce the interest. May mga instances na ang court will reduce the interest if it is found to be excessive.
