Wala pa po bang nagfile isa sa inyong mag asawa ng Petition for Annulment or Legal Separation? Kung wala magfile lang po kayo ng Petition sa korte for custody of minor dahil 4 years old palang ang anak mo. Ayon kasi sa ating batas below 7 years old a child should be under the care and custody of the mother unless for compelling reason na she is unfit as found by the court. Kailangan po ninyo ng isang abogado para sa pagfile ng petisyong ito.
