Ano po ang process ng pagdala ng adoptive child palabas ng Pinas? Our child is directly adopted po a few months ago. Plan po namin dalhin ang baby sa Finland next year with my Swedish husband. Yung birthmom po ng baby was just 14 years old that time, parents niya at siya mismo nag decide to give up her baby and we're the ones who accepted and taken all the responsibilities for the baby. We did not go through any legal process po :-( Paano po kaya namin madadala sa labas ng Pinas ang baby? We still have constant communication with the baby's biological family po. Hoping to hear any advice from all of you who had this experience. Thanks.

Mas mabuting you have to legally adopt the child kung talagang gusto ninyong mag asawa na ampunin sya at payag naman ang kanyang ina lalo na gusto ninyong dalhin sa inyong bansa. For the best interest of the child at sa inyo na rin kung dadalhin sa ibang lugar stricto na kasi ang batas ngayon lalo na kung magdadala ka ang bata na hindi mo naman anak. Mostly, kailangan ng parents consent ng bata at notarized ito at kailangan din ng passport ng bata. May mga bansa na nangangailan pa ng extra documents like birth certificate ng bata. Depende na rin sa bansa na inyong pupuntahan. So mas mabuting pumunta ka sa embassy at mag inquire kung ano pa ang mga requirements na kailangan ninyong ihanda para madala ninyo ang bata.
