Kailangan na nila ng mga witness na magpapatunay pero mahina parin ang kanilang matibay na ebidensya lang ay ang kanilang possession na may bahay silang nakatayo sa lupa and if sakaling nagbabayad sila ng buhis. Mas mabuting sa Barangay kayo gagawa ng agreement na syang maging basihan ng inyong karapatan dahil kung hindi labanan na ito ng mga ebidensya sa korte.
