Pasensya na at hindi ko masabi kung gaano katagal nakadepende kasi yan sa dami ding applicants sa Social Housing Authority maybe you should wait for a year. Hindi ko masasabi talaga ang exact amount dahil nakadepende yan sa zonal value ayon sa tax declaration o sa value ng deed of sale icompare pa yan ng BIR kung saan mas mataas at may babayarin pang documentary stamp tax rin. So I would advice pumunta nalang kayo sa BIR office para ipacompute ang total na babayaran ninyo.
