Hindi mo sinabi if your case is still in the prosecutor level or pending sa court na. If it is in the prosecutor level palang the fiscal will either dismiss if no probable cause or file the case for lower offense. If pending na ito sa korte mas madaling madismiss if may affidavit of desistance from complainant but the court will still hear the case.
