Natatakot po kasi akong kumuha ng clearances ko po, bali 5 years na po ang nakakalipas simula nung kinausap ako ng hr namin na pwede daw akong idemanda kasi acts of lasciviousness daw. Kahit po ba civil or criminal case padadalhan ka pa rin talaga ng subpoena? Hindi naman po ako nagbago bago ng tirahan, hindi rin po ako nagpalit ng address. Di ko na po alam gagawin ko, hindi na rin po kasi ako makausad sa buhay para na po akong mababaliw. Sana po mapansin niyo etong tanong ko.

If talagang may kaso silang naifile against you will surely receive subpeona more or less 1 to 2 months from the time nagfile sila. Now you said 5 years I doubt nagfile talaga sila against you or baka nadismiss na ng Prosecutor's office bago pa kayo nagsubmit ng counter depende kasi sa probable cause ng kanilang complaint if dapat po bang ifile dahil may sapat na evidence or idismiss lang lang dahil walang basihan po.
