Maari po bang magtanong? Itatanong ko lang po sana yung mga nahuhuli via warrant of arrest sa tv, halimbawa po kasong rape or criminal case, pinadadalhan po ba sila ng subpoena at tinatanggihan nila o sadyang hinuhuli nalang po kasi may automatic na warrant kasi criminal case?

Natatakot po kasi akong kumuha ng clearances ko po, bali 5 years na po ang nakakalipas simula nung kinausap ako ng hr namin na pwede daw akong idemanda kasi acts of lasciviousness daw. Kahit po ba civil or criminal case padadalhan ka pa rin talaga ng subpoena? Hindi naman po ako nagbago bago ng tirahan, hindi rin po ako nagpalit ng address. Di ko na po alam gagawin ko, hindi na rin po kasi ako makausad sa buhay para na po akong mababaliw. Sana po mapansin niyo etong tanong ko.

If talagang may kaso silang naifile against you will surely receive subpeona more or less 1 to 2 months from the time nagfile sila. Now you said 5 years I doubt nagfile talaga sila against you or baka nadismiss na ng Prosecutor's office bago pa kayo nagsubmit ng counter depende kasi sa probable cause ng kanilang complaint if dapat po bang ifile dahil may sapat na evidence or idismiss lang lang dahil walang basihan po.

Good afternoon, ma'am Jescelyn. Possible po ba yun? Di naman po ako nagpalit ng address o lumipat ng tirahan. Kahit po ba pandemic makakareceive ka pa rin ng subpoena? Pwede mo po ba ireklamo ang isang tao kung sakaling di mo alam yung address ng tinitirhan nila?
