Kung ganun na wala pang titulo ang lupa na tinitirhan po ninyo sa matagal ng panahon maari naman po ninyong maaplayan ito. You need to check first po sa DENR baka naman po may tunay na nag mamay ari po nito. If ganun pati ang auntie po ninyo wala ring katibayan an siyang nagmamay ari pareho lang po kayo at hindi po siya pwede makapag paalis po sa inyo unless may court order na paalisin po kayo. Mas mabuti siguro i check ang status ng nasabing lupain po.
