Kami po ay matagal nang nangungupahan sa bahay na tinitirahan namin ngayon kasama ng iba pang tenant sa aming compound. Nagbabayad naman po kami ng upa sa may-ari pero bigla na lang po siyang hindi nagpakita sa amin at nabalitaan na lang namin na siya ay may sakit na at naka-oxygen na lang. Magsasampung taon na po kaming walang upa sa bahay at ang mga kapwa ko tenant ay inaangkin na ang bahay na kanilang inuupahan. Posible po bang mangyari na mapasakanila ang bahay kung aasikasuhin po nila ang papeles? Yung isa rin po naming kapitbahay na nakatirirk ang kwarto sa taas ng aming bahay ay pinaaalis din kami sa oras daw po na malakad niya ang papeles at "legal" daw na mapasakanya ang property.

Depende kasi yan sir even if rights lang ang hawak nila but still ang mga nasabing owners are registered naman po they are protected by law. If registered po sila maaring ang mga heirs lang ang pwede makakaangkin nito. Depende kasi sa Municipyo/LGU na nagbigay nito may mga conditions bago po ang nasabing rights po ay may award sa qualified beneficiary. Mas mabuti siguro na magtanong kayo sa Barangay/LGU kung sino ang registered owner at kung sakaling namatay na po and registered owner pwede po bang kayo na ang maaring papalit sa nasabing rights and kung papaano po ang proseso nito. Ang importante huwag na lang po muna kayong umalis diyan.
