Bago namatay and tatay(widower) namin, nakakuha ko ng Certified True Copy ng lahat ng TCT niya, all under his and our mother's name. Tatay namin passed away, kapatid ko nag-produce ng mga titulo na naisalin sa kanya ang lahat ng ari-arian ng father namin. Date of Transfer was AFTER the date of my Certified True copies. What kind of lawsuit should I file against my sibling?

Mahirap magsalita kung anong kaso ng hindi ko alam ang evidence kung paano naitransfer ito. Baka by way of deed of sale or donation hindi naman basta2x maitransfer ng Register of deeds yan kung walang basihan. You better examined the supporting documents for the transfer. Dapat mo rin tanungin personally ang kapatid mo tungkol dito. Kung talagang ginawa niya thru fraud din you need a lawyer to file Petition for annulment o kaya cancellation of Title.
