So eto binenta namin yung farmland kalahati lang maliit lang naman lupa namin so may natira mga Hindi tataas sa 150sqm tapos sabi nung nagtratrabaho bibitawan na daw niya yung natira. pero nagpapabayad siya eh wala naman kaming contract may parte naman kasi siya dun sa maaani at basta kami kung anong ibigay niya yun tatanggapin namin dahil sa laki ng tiwala namin sakanya at dahil nga hindi namin siya bayaran sabi niya iaaagrarian daw niya eto lang tanong ko 1 kelangan ba talagang bayaran? 2 Ano po ang dapat naming gawin? Salamat po ma'am/sir

Opo dapat mo silang bayaran. Ang karapatan ng isang tenant ay pinoprotektahan ng ating batas at ang karapatang ito ay namamana pa nga ng kanyang mga anak na may obligasyong i cultivate ang nasabing lupa. So any transfer of that property na under tenancy ay hindi mawawala ang kanyang karapatan unless siya na mismo ang gustong titigil or aalis na. Maari naman ninyo itong pag usapan kung magkano ang dapat ibigay at kailangan may acknowledgment or kasulatan tungkol dito. Pero kung talagang hindi kayo magkasasundo tungkol dito mas mabuting dalhin ninyo ang isyung ito sa Municipal Agrarian Reform Officer (MARO) ng inyong municipio kung saan matatagpuan ang iyong property dahil tutulungan kayo doon kung paano po ito maresolve.
