Nagbayad po ako ng 28k at kinausap ko po kaibigan ko at sabi babayaran nya nalang. Ngayon po 2018 na at ni piso wala akong may natangap na bayad. Pwedi pa po ba ako mag file ng estafa case kahit morethan 1 year na nangyari ang pangloloko nya?
