Topic: I was married here in Dubai and married to a Muslim. He is an Egyptian. But we have been divorced since 2011. I now need to report this to the consulate of Dubai because I had a Filipino passport done for my child. What is the process so that I can get married again? I inquired with NSO and they told me that I would need around 100 thousand pesos. Is this true?
