i suppose na puede mo lang malaman kung may annulment case laban sa iyo kung makaka-tanggap ka ng notice or ng summons. Kung hindi, maaari sigurong ikaw ay kumuha ng clearance mula sa RTC. Ang problema lang nito, you will have to go to where you think your ex-wife or ex-husband lives and try to get an RTC clearance there from where he or she lives kasi, most likely, kung magpa-file siya ng annulment, doon sa RTC na pinaka-malapit sa kanila sila magpa-file nito.
Sa NBI kasi at saka sa police clearance, mga warrants of arrest lamang at mga criminal cases ang lalabas. Ang annulment case ay isang civil case. So, walang nationwide na database for this, I don't think. Hindi pa tayo ganoon ka sophisticated sa ating computerization. Subukan mo din sa Supreme Court, baka meron na sila.
