Translation: I need a lawyer. We have a land/real estate property which has two separate land titles. My father died when my siblings and I were still small. The property is named under my mother and me and my siblings (we are 3 siblings). Now that we are all of legal age and my mom is still alive.

One of my siblings asked for his/her share of the land property. We agreed, when he/she promised that he/she would also build a house for us on that property. But he subdivided the land and sold it without our permission. He also forged our signatures.

Now he asked permission to build a house for us on the remaining piece of land which is ours. We allowed him to do this, thinking that he would also leave. But he wanted to have one unit from the 5 commercial building and 500 square meters from the remaining land. We agreed so that there would be no more issues and problems. We were also asked by attorney to sign a document stating that the forged signatures are ours, in order that my sibling will not face any charges. What right do we have? How can we fight for our rightful share?

Either you really do not know your rights or you don't care or both, because this is so unusual. Doormat ba kayo? Kasi, inaapak-apakan na kayo, hindi kayo kumikibo.

Get a lawyer. I cannot help you as I have not seen any of the documents. You at least know one thing: only a good lawyer can help you.
