Nung ikinasal, parents signatures absent in marriage contract, ground for annulment

Nung ikinasal kami ng ex husband ko, wala pareho ang mga parents namin kaya kami nalang ang pumirma para sa kanila. Pwede ba yun maging ground para maging null and void ang aming kasal?


Translation: When my ex husband and I got married, both our parents were absent, so we signed on the marriage contract for them. Could this be used as a ground for annulment?

Really? You are admitting to having falsified a public document? That is going to be your ground for having your marriage annulled?

Ilagay mo ang sarili mo sa lugar ng huwes -- lalapit ang dalawang tao, nais nilang ipa-annul ang kanilang kasal kasi, noong nagpakasal sila, wala ang mga magulang nila kaya, sila na lamang ang pumirma para sa kanilang mga magulang. Kung ikaw ang huwes, papayag kang i-annul ang kasong ganyan?

kayo ba ay nasa wastong gulang noong kayo'y magpa-kasal? O kayo'y mga menor de edad? Siguro, kung kayo'y mga menor de edad, maaaring hindi magalit ang huwes sa inyo. Kasi, sa pagkaka-basa ko, it looks like you took a rock ang hit your heads with it -- gumawa kayo ng sarili ninyong problema.

Please go and talk to a lawyer. I don't think I understand your situation well since I can only rely on your post...
