Translation: I got into accident while with the child of my employer. Now, I cannot move my entire right arm. Can I claim any accident insurance benefits or medical liability costs? My contract ended last March 13, 2015. What could you advise me, please?

First, I don't know where you are so I don't know what laws should apply. If you were in the US, kasi, if you suffered injury due to a motor vehicle accident, you are entitled to sue the owner/driver of the car you were riding in kahit na iba pa ang bumunggo sa inyo. You are also entitled to sue the driver/owner of the car that hit the car you were riding in. usually, insurance coverage will pay for it. Please put more details.

And also, if your contract will expire, you can check your contract and what it says about disability incurred during the course of employment. Kung may insurance ka, check into that. If at all, you must start legal action against whoever was responsible before you leave that country.

I saw the word "au pair" in the question. An "au pair" is a person who works as a domestic in exchange for room and board in Europe. They usually don't get paid that much. And usually, this is what students do -- they work for a home that is near the university they are enrolled in, that way, hindi na sila babayad sa dorm at may kakainan pa sila. In return, they usually do baby-sitting jobs or cleaning jobs for the family. As far as I know, they are not considered employees for purposes of social security. Am I wrong?
