May karelasyon po ang asawa ko sa Dubai. May ebidensya po ako SD card na may naka record na pag uusap nila... Ano po ang dapat kong gawin?


Translation: My husband has a mistress in Dubai. I have proof/evidence from an SD card (Secure Digital memory card) which contains voice recordings of their conversations. What should I do?

Depende sa iyo kung ano ang gusto mong mangyari. Gusto mo bang makipag-hiwalayan sa asawa mo dahil sa pangyayaring ito? O gusto mo lang siyang saktan para matumbasan ang sakit na ibinigay niya sa iyo? Gusto mo lamang bang siguraduhing ang mga anak ninyo ay patuloy ang sustento?

I suggest that you go and see a lawyer so that you can see what your legal options are and what you can do. It all depends upon what you want to accomplish. This is what will determine what legal steps you ought to take.

kasi, kung mahal mo at palagay mo'y nalilihis lamang siya ng landas dahil sa nalulungkot doon at siya'y nilalambutsing lang ng babae, well, you can go on the charm offensive. But, if your husband is really not in love with you anymore and is simply cheating on you and you want out of that relationship, then, you should file a criminal case against him and file for annulment of your marriage. Ask your lawyer for advice.
