Ask ko lang kung ano ang habol namin sa pinag bilhan namin ng computer set... Kasi po nabili namin noong Feb 2013 ang 3 set ng computer at pagkalipas ng 10-11 months ay nasira ang dalawa, kaya binalik namin sa pinag bilhan namin kasi alam namin na may 1 yr. warranty naman sa mga parts na binili namin. Noong nag punta kami ay tinignan ng technichian yung 2 set ng computer na sira at sinabihan lng kami na may sira na parts at ipapa warranty lang daw nila sa supplier nila at balikan nalng daw namin after 1 month.
After a month binalikan namin at ang sabi lang nila sa amin ay di pa daw dumating ang parts at balik nalng daw kami ...after a month nanaman ay binalikan namin ang sabi ay na delay dahil na hold daw yung cargo nila kasma daw yung mga pina warranty nila kaya after several months ay pinuntahan naman namin at sa wakas ay dumating na pero yung isa lang daw na set ang naayos dahil di na daw tinanggap yung isa na pina waranty nila dahil may sira na daw... at take note po na yung isa na naayos nila ay nasira ulit after ilang weeks...
Ang concern ko po ay kung di tinanggap ng supplier yung parts ay di na ba ma avail namin yung 1 year warranty nila at ang sabi pa nila na di daw sasagot yung boss nila sa parts na nasira dahil di rin daw tinanggap ng supplier... ano po ba habol namin sa kanila... kung may nasira man ay baka sila ang nakasira kasi sila nman ang nag inspect non at hassle na sa part namin kasi almost 8 months na di namin nagamit ang 2 set of computer namin. May ganon ba katagal na pag aayos ng mga parts na pina warranty? At saka sinabihan lang kami ng technician na bumili nalng daw kami ng bago... e ang mahal ng parts na nasira nla

Topic: We bought a computer set last February 2013. The computer set has 3 items. After 10-11 months, 2 of the items were damaged, so we brought it to the store, because there is a one year warranty for parts. The technician took a look and said that the parts were damaged and they would bring it to the supplier to have it replaced, since it was still under warranty. He told us to return after a month.
So after a month, we returned but they told us that the parts had not arrived yet. After another month, we returned again, and they told us that the cargo was delayed. So after several months, we went back and alas they parts had arrived. But they told us that only one item of the set would be fixed, because the other item was not accepted for warranty, because it was damaged. Also, after a few weeks, the other item that was repaired was damaged again.
Can't we avail the warranty for parts in this case? If there is anything damaged, they might have damaged it, since they inspected it. It also took almost 2 months and we were not able to use the computer at all. The techinicial also told us to just buy new parts, but it is so expensive.
