Warrant of arrest, unpaid loan Hong Kong, lawsuit, cash advance, bank

Maari ba akong sampahan ng kaso ng Lending company sa Hong Kong dahil wala akong kakayahang makapagbayad sa kanila dahil sa ako ay nasa Pilipinas na?


Translation: Can a lending company sue me /file a lawsuit, because I cannot pay them, since I am now in the Philippines?

Kung may balak ka pang bumalik at magtrabaho sa Hong KOng, ayusin mo ang utang mo. Kasi, mahigpit na ngayon. Kung may kaso laban sa iyo, hindi ka pahihintulutang makapag-trabaho o maka-pasok man lamang sa Hong Kong. Kung criminal case ang isampa laban sa iyo (at hindi lamang collection case), malamang sa pag-tungtong mo pa lamang sa airport sa Hong Kong ay dakipin ka na kung mayroon outstanding warrant laban sa iyo.

I am not an expert in Hong Kong law. So, I cannot really answer whether you can be jailed for it. But if you applied for a loan and you left Hong Kong for the Philippines without paying for it -- that is an act of fraud. So, I can imagine that there might be criminal charges brought against you.

Please ask a lawyer who is an expert in Hong Kong law. I am not an expert.

pareho tayo ng problema sender sa akin kc ung utang ko since october 2010 pa hndi ko binayaran kc wla akong pambayad dahil ang sahod ko before tama lang ipadala sa family ko sa pinas.Nkailang balik na din ako ng hongkong last year 2 beses at lagi akong nahohold sa immigration pero after half hour labas na ako.Pero ngaun natatakot na akong bumalik baka this time matuluyan na talaga ako.But ngaun plan ko makipag usap sa bank pra bayaran ung remaining loan q.Mahirap din kc ung may dinadala kang problema lagi kang balesa

kaya nga sis Blaire, biktima lang din kc ako dito dahil iyong nahiram kong pera sa banko ay hindi napunta sa akin kundi sa isang kamag anak nagtiwala lang kc ako dahil sabi niya siya daw mgbbyad pero nong nakauwi na ako 3months na palang hindi siya ngbbayad, sinubukan ko namang makiusap na kung pupwede ipahinto ko nalang interest dahil diko kakayaning bayaran un, tas nong last ngfollow up ako sabi hindi daw pumayag banko sa hong kong, ngaun nababahala ako dahil nga wala na akong trabaho at kakayahan pa para makapgbayad pa, 2months nadin akong hindi pa nakakapaghulog sa kanila, sabi sakin mapipilitan daw silang magfile ng case laban sakin, hindi kona din tlga alam kung papaano
