Ang mother title ng lupa ay nasa bangko na. Ang sabi po ng anak ng dating may-ari ng lupa ay pagmamay-ari pa rin nila ang lote na creek dahil sakop ito ng kanilang titulo. Gusto nila itong ipasukat para ma-separate na sa mother title. Sa ilang parte ng lote na creek, ay may mga bahay na pong nakatirik. Pwede po bang hindi payagan ng mga nakatira sa creek na ipasukat ang lote?
Maaari bang angkinin ng anak ng dating may-ari ng lupa ang lupa na na-land reform?

Ang masasabi ko lang if this is covered in the technical description sa Mother title nila which bilang heirs ay may karapatan na magmana nito walang sino man na makapag pigil sa kanila na ipasukat ito. Ang mga bahay na nakatirik na walang na mang proof of ownership na pinanghahawakan ay maaring mapaalis sa lot na ito.
Kahit po ba na land reform ang lupa ay may karapatan pa rin sila? Ang hawak po nilang titulo ay galing na lamang sa RD. Hindi rin naman po sapat na basehan ang tax declaration.
