Maari po bang mgpadala ng demand letter kng ang complainant at receiver ay parehong nasa ibang bansa?legit po ba ang demand letter khit walang seal ng nasabing law firm?at ano po ba dapat ang nilalaman ng demand letter?

Kung ang both parties ay nasa ibang bansa pwede kayong magpagawa ng demand letter sa isang lawyer kung saang bansa sila matatagpuan. Ok lang naman na walang seal ang demand letter as long as permado ito ng isang abogad. Ang content ay depende na iya sa kung ako ang claim niya sa taong pinadalhan niya nito.

Nasa singapore ang complainant attorney..pro ang abogadong gumawa nito ay nasa pinas..Naguluhan lng po ako kasi ang sabi demand letter..humihingi ng sustento..at the same time..my mga kng ano anong paratang na binully cya sa fb..at kng ano2 pa..d po ba demand letter is to demand for support at kng mga reklmo cya hinggil sa personal problem..sa police cya mgreklmo?Yung ntanggap kong demand letter walang pirma ng complainant kc nga wala xah sa pinas..marami pong salamat attorney..Godbless po
