Napakapagloan ako sa bangko ng mahigit sa 400k ngayon po hindi ko na siya mahulugan dahil hindi pa kami nakakasahod. Kinakatakot ko na madeport ako dahil nagpadala na sila ng sulat sa dati kong address sa Pinas. Nawa ay masagot niyo po ang aking katanungan... Salamat po

Actually, different countries have different laws apply kung ano ang mga kasong included na madedeport. I have no idea about Saudi Laws pero kung purely collection cases lang ang nafile dito sa ating bansa hindi naman malaking kaso yan. Pero pagdating mo dito sa Pilipinas maaring maaring may warrant kana kung criminal case ang naifile nila depende yan sa kaso. If I were try to negotiate sa pinagkakautangan mo na huwang nalang mag file ng complaint laban sa iyo. Mag execute ka ng aggreement at notarized sa consular/embasssy para ipakita mong willing mo itong bayaran. After all you are earning now at obligasyon mong bayaran ito.
