22 y/o na po ako. Yung NSO ko po kasi hindi po apelyido ng papa ko ang nakalagay. Kasi po pinanganak po ako hindi pa kasal ang mama at papa ko,. Ang sana birth at NSO ko po ay apelyido ng mama ko,.
Pero simula bata po ako apelyido po ng ama ko ang gamit ko sa lahat lahat ng documents ko hanggang sa school diplomas. Pano po dapat kong gawin para mapabago ang birthcertificare ko at para mapalagay ang apelyido ng papa ko?
Ngayon po patay na po ang papa ko last yr 2017 po. Maayus pa po ba itong birthcert ko? thanks po sa sasagot..

Sa palagay ko, kung ang papa mo ay hindi nakapirma sa birth certificate mo talagang hindi na yan mababago pa. Kahit na sabihin mong gamit mo ang apelyido niya simula pa ng maliit ka pero hindi ka naman inacknowledge na anak niya sa papamitan ng mga public or private hand written documents mahirapan ka talagang baguhin ito. Dapat ginawa mo ito ng buhay pa siya. Wala ng pepirma sa acknowledgement form na ipafile sa Civil Registrar. Pero kung may mga ebidensya ka talagang magpapatunay na you are recognized, including DNA results baka pwede yan sa court na idaan but mahirap talaga you can hire a lawyer for this in court kung gusto mo talaga.
