Tapos ngayon nakapag asawa ako at binayaran ko nalang sa kapatid ko yung pinaghatian namin bayad sa bahay. Hindi na po kami gumawa ng kasulatan about dun. Tapos ngayon po idedemolished at may relocation naman po ang government (NHA). So ang problema po hindi kasi na census ng NHA gawa ng paupahan po kasi yon at pareho kami ng asawa ko nag work as ofw. Magiging problema po ba yung kasulatan kasi nakapangal samin magkapatid?

Mas mabuting mag inquire po kayo sa office NHA para sa tamang payo dahil ang alam kung may mga qualification ang dapat bigyan ng award for NHA. Kapag rights kasi ang binibili lang kailangan pa munang magpaalam sa gobyerno for any transfer or sale nito lalo na kapag hindi pa ito bayad. Alamin po ninyo kung qualified po ba kayo dahil hindi ito basta kanino nalang binibigay ng gobyerno (NHA). Ito ay pinagkakaloob sa mga tawong mahihirap at walang walang kakayahang magtayo ng bahay. So sinabi mong OFW kayo ng asawa mo maaring hindi kayo qualified to receive such award. Siguro mas karapat-dapat ang kapatid mo nito. So kung ganun maaring sa kapatid nalang mo muna iparehistro sa NHA at maaring gumawa nalang kayo ng agreement between your sister sa ukol sa ownership nito.
