May interest ba ang sinanlang lupa kapag gusto mo na etong tubusin?

Yung deceased father ko po Kasi eh may sinanglang lupain mahigit 20 years na. Neto Lang namin nalaman na may sinangla siya dahil gusto ng pinagsanlaan na ibenta na yung lupa. 
Nasa kanila po yung titulo. Wala po silang agreement Kung hanggang kelan pwedeng tubusin.

*Pag ganyan po katagal ng nakasanla, pwede na ba nila etong angkinin? 
*Kung pwede pa pong tubusin, may interest po ba?

Maaring iconsider kung sino po ba ang in possession or gumagamit sa lupa while nakasangla po ito? Kasi kapag ang nagpossess naman po nito ay ang pinagsanglaan maaring ang mga fruits or income sa nasabing lupain ay siyang magiging interest nalang sana. Kung walang napagkasunduan tungkol sa interest ay walang dapat na bayaran po na interest. Hindi po pwedeng angkinin ng pinagsanglaan ang lupa gaano man ito katagal. Mas mabuting makipag usap nalang po sa kanila or magfile nalang ng reklamo sa Barangay if talagang ayaw ng pinagsanglaan na tubusin ito. Kapag hindi pa rin magkasundo maaring paghandaan nalang ang panggastos para pambayad sa abogado at sa korte nalang po kayo magfile ng kaso tungkol dito.
