May karapatan po ba akong hindi pumayag kapag binenta ng tatay yung bahay at lupa niya ng hindi ko alam since anak naman po niya ako?

Wala pa pong titulo yung lupa at bahay pero yung lupa po mana niya po iyon. ngayon nalaman ko po isang kapatid niya na binenta yung bahay namin worth 750K ? nag down na po ng 100k yung isang kapatid ng tatay ko dahil sila ang bumili since hindi po pwede iba yung bumili dahil wala pang titulo yung lupa? ngayon po may may karapatan po akong hindi pumayag na ibenta since hindi ko po alam na nag bebentahan sila? nakausap ko po yung pinsan ko na tatay ng bibili ng bahay namin sabi ko po i hold muna yung bayad since hindi ko po alam nag agree naman sila. Salamat po!

If yung property na ibibenta ay mana sa mga magulang ng tatay po ninyo lahat po ng magkakapatid or mga anak ay maghati2x po sa share ng lupa or the value if ito po any ibibenta. Maaring mabenta ang share ng isang kapatid sa iba but still need the consent of all the heirs or their authorized representative. Extrajudicial Settlement with Deed of Sale kasi ang gagawin na dokumento. Kailangan piperma lahat ng remaining heirs po. Mas mabuting kausapin po ninyo ang buyer na huwag munang bayaran dahil magmeeting pa po kayo ng mga heirs. You may directly tell naman po sa nagbenta na tiyuhin/tiyahin na may share po kayo dito bilang heirs ng inyong tatay po.
