Ang nanay mo ay tagapag mana ng lolo mo kung siya lang ang sole heir magiging sa kanya na ang property na ito. Ngayon dahil namatay na rin ang nanay ninyo ang property na ito ay pag aari na rin ninyo ng tatay at ninyong mga anak. So equal po kayo in terms of sharing nito. May karapatan po kayong tumira sa bahay dahil compulsory heir naman po kayo.
Ibig pong sabihin may share din po ang papa namin sa bahay at lupa ng lolo namin at pwede po siyang magpatira ng bago niyang asawa doon?
